The terrain covers more than 1.5 ha, consists of a valley through which a stream flows and is mainly surrounded by forest. There are no immediate neighbors. In le Val d’Ajol there are supermarkets, bakers, butchers, a grocery store, a number of restaurants, bars and banks.

Around the house are a flower garden, modest vegetable garden, various paved and grassed and partly covered terraces, a campfire fireplace, a large barbeque, a paddling pool inspired by Niki de Saint Phalle and various seating areas. And on a mountain, the goat mountain, a small park for the miniature pigs and goats.

The house dates from the 19th century but has been completely adapted to contemporary requirements in terms of layout, insulation, double glazing, heating and plumbing. In the house are 3 guest rooms, 2 double rooms (14 and 15 m²) with shared bathroom facilities and a family room for 4 to 5 people with private bathroom facilities (38 m²). The ground floor contains a living room (29 m²), a spacious, semi-professional kitchen (19 m²), the office (7.3 m²), a workshop (20 m²), a reception area for campers (over 27 m²) ) and a toilet. On the first floor, in addition to the 2 guest rooms, there is another bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and bathroom (29 m²). The second floor has, in addition to the family room, a storage attic of 29 m². In the house there are a total of 4 toilets and 3 bathrooms. The hot water supply is by means of electric boilers and can partly also be done via the oil heating installation.

Description bathhouse and gite

The bathhouse dates from the beginning of the 20th century and still radiates much of the old allure. On the ground floor, the sanitary area for campers is 108 m². There are 4 toilets, 3 showers, 5 sinks, a washing room and storage space. Hot water is supplied by means of electric boilers connected in series. The gîte, the apartment of approximately 85 m², is suitable for 4 to 5 people on the upper floor. In the apartment there are 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with its own boiler, a toilet and a kitchen diner. There is also a storage attic of over 22 m². There are several cellars under the entire bathhouse.

Description campsite

The campsite is located in the valley behind the bathhouse and the goat mountain. As a result, virtually no ambient noise penetrates to the campsite except for the sound of the stream that runs along and over the campsite. There are around 20 different sized places. Half of the pitches are also suitable for campers and caravans and have an electrical connection. Behind the camping area is a parking space and also a large piece of uncharted land.
